I trained in emergency medicine, a world where stress is constant, decisions carry weight, and human behavior reveals itself in its rawest form. It taught me how people respond under pressure, how the mind can doubt itself when overwhelmed, and how quickly softness can be replaced by performance when systems reward endurance over humanity.
During training, I navigated exhaustion, judgment, identity tension, and the quiet pressure to always be louder, stronger, and more visible than felt authentic. I often found myself asking difficult questions: Who am I becoming? What kind of life am I actually building?
My turning point came when I allowed myself to pause, not to step away from ambition, but to redefine it. Studying health law and strategy, being recognized as a UN Young Leader for the SDGs, and building creative projects revealed a different way of working: one rooted in reflection, collaboration, systems thinking, and meaning. I began to see how deeply creativity sharpened my leadership, how policy expanded my sense of responsibility, and how storytelling helped me connect more honestly with people and ideas.
Today, I work at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and creative practice, creating human-centered experiences that invite ambitious women to explore what sustainable success can truly feel like. Through talks, workshops, cultural projects, and curated experiences, I create spaces for reflection, dialogue, and growth, where ambition can coexist with joy, clarity, and self-trust.
My work is grounded in lived clinical experience, research-informed thinking, and deep respect for human complexity. I believe stress is inevitable, but losing ourselves is not. I’m drawn to collaborations that are thoughtful, meaningful, and beautifully executed, and to conversations that move beyond surface solutions into lasting perspective.
Outside of my professional work, I remain deeply curious about the world, through travel, art, long conversations, and learning across cultures. These spaces continue to shape how I think, create, and connect.
If you’re building something meaningful, or shaping spaces for women to grow, reflect, and thrive, I’d love to explore what we might create together.

-
Curiosity: I ask “why?” way too often, and it’s the reason I’ve crossed worlds from medicine to art to policy to storytelling.
-
Respect: I treat people, time, and opportunities with sincerity. Respect is the baseline of how I move, create, and collaborate.
-
Family: My biggest grounding force. Every milestone, project, and next step is shaped by the people who raised me, support me, and remind me who I am.
-
Wellbeing: A balanced life matters; rest, routine, movement, and mental peace. I try to build a world where ambition and wellbeing can coexist.
-
Creativity: I see life as a canvas. Whether I’m in a hospital or a gallery, I bring imagination, beauty, and originality into everything I do.
-
Intentionality: Nothing is accidental. I care deeply about meaning, alignment, and purpose behind every decision, project, and interaction.
-
Reflection & Accountability: Inspired by Islamic values, I believe in pausing, checking in with myself, and taking responsibility for my actions. Growth starts with honest reflection.
-
I’m a tea-and-biscuit addict: It started with a daily morning fix with my grandma. Then it became afternoon tea at my dad’s office, waiting for him to finish work. Now it’s my everyday way of zoning out, grounding myself, and clearing my mind.
-
I had a street-art era: I was that girl spray-painting walls around Jeddah… and later in Paris. Rebaliously spreading unicorns lol.
-
I grew up riding a horse named Farawla: Yes, like “strawberry.” And yes, I met her entire family, including her grandpa.
-
My grandma believed in ‘creative’ chores: Whenever we slept over, she’d have us painting chairs, planting the garden, or “restoring” something. Looking back… she basically ran a child labor art studio.
-
I’m a countryside girl at heart: Give me farms, quiet mornings, and an art studio away from the city any day. I fully believe in mini-retirements; it's an actual concept. Look it up.
-
I may look calm, but don’t be fooled: I’m a fire sign. I keep it together well… until things really burn down. Then you’ll understand why they say “still waters run deep.”
